Kara Williams—aka @haircolorkilla on Instagram—is a master colorist with 16 years of experience in multicultural styling and hair color. She is a #ONESHOT Hair Awards Winner for Curls and a BTC Team Member. Kara is a former Redken and Ulta Beauty Educator, Ulta Beauty Artistic Team Member and is certified by Redken for Color and Design. She has spent her career styling ad campaigns for national brands and has worked several seasons at NYFW for shows like Betsey Johnson, Carolina Herrera and Tadashi Shoji. Kara currently owns K. Louise Boutique Salon in Philadelphia, specializing in hair color on textured hair.
