Jack Howard (@jackhowardcolorist) is a Washington, DC-based colorist at Izzy Salon in Georgetown as well as a residency at Paul Edmonds in London’s Knightsbridge. With over 30 years of professional salon experience and over 20 years as an educator, Jack is also an ambassador for L’Oreal Professionnel US & UK. Where he shares his personal color philosophy “less is more” and is known for his super natural, polished looking color. Widely credited with introducing the balayage technique to the UK, Jack continues to work on his brand, which currently includes education courses, video on-demand, hair color tools, and social media including his podcast, “Jack Howard Color The Podcast”. He has won many awards including: 2019, 2020 and 2021 British Hairdressing Business Awards winner for Social Media, 2019 Color World Commercial Genius and 2020 Color Communicator 2020 and 2018 Marie Claire Awards Top Colorist. He comes highly recommended by major publications such as Vogue, Tatler, Harpers, Marie Claire, Woman and Home, Red, Glamour and many more.
