Bianca Cox (@biancajcox) Alfaparf Milano Artistic Team Member Bianca Cox is an NYC-based colorist, salon owner, and educator. Bianca earned her license at the age of 17, as a teen mother and worked her way to becoming an in-demand balayage stylist. She opened her first salon at the age of 23, and since then has expanded 3x. Her ambitious nature and passion for business has allowed her to grow and evolve quickly and mentor a team of stylists, achieving great success. Bianca is now known most for her custom tone formulations when blonding on dark hair.
