Section the hair into three sections at the top of the head, leaving out the bottom section.

Apply Formula A to the lengths in Section 1. Leave out the roots by using strips of cotton wool to protect the scalp.

Apply Formula B to the lengths in Section 2. Repeat this technique on the opposite side in Section 3 with Formula C and in the top section with Formula A.
